How many of us out there are really trustworthy and sincere? Not many, I think. Just like Huiyi often says: Talking is cheap. Aggreable. However, I think Talking is free sounds even more suitable.
Many human beings out there simply yack and yack, saying all the sweet-nothings just for the sake of saying something pleasing. Are we taught in this way, that we should say something just to put oneself in the safest position at a certain situation? Cause it seems to be the thing we should say. Such as...
1. Your good friend is undergoing one of his lowest point.
You say: If there's anything I can do, let me know. I'll always be here for you. ARE YOU SURE?
2. You're having some sweet moments with your spouse/ gf/ bf.
You say: I promise I'll love you forever. ARE YOU SURE?
3. You have a struggling colleague.
You say: Don't worry, I'll make sure you do a good job. I'll be here to help you. ARE YOU SURE?
It may be exaggerated but what I'm trying to point out is that almost no one is as nice, as caring, as sincere as they sound. I guess everyone is selfish in some ways.
I'm not saint here. There's many things I've failed to do too.

Is get-physical-first-relationship-later getting more common?
Does getting too engrossed in your own life distant you from others? And is it worth it?

DUH. This is the most ridiculous thing ever, and only done by childish fools.
